Our distribution center is looking for skilled High Reach Forklift Operators to support our busy warehouse team. You will be tasked with the secure operation of heavy machinery to transport goods and manage inventory, ensuring that our facility meets all operational, safety, and precision benchmarks.

Applicants are required to have current experience with stand‑up lift equipment and must be prepared to perform their duties within a cold‑storage freezer setting.

• Manage stand‑up forklifts, high‑reach trucks, and various pallet handling equipment.
• Execute bulk and case picking tasks alongside product put‑away duties.
• Help ensure timely outbound shipments by retrieving palletized goods from high‑level racking.
• Load and unload freight trailers with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Utilize RF scanning technology to verify inventory weights, counts, and storage locations.
• Contribute to the team’s success by consistently hitting daily output and accuracy targets.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and complete necessary maintenance logs.
• Oversee equipment battery health, including proper charging and maintenance procedures.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all warehouse protocols.
• Keep the warehouse floor tidy and well‑organized to support smooth operations.

• At least 24 months of professional experience operating stand‑up forklifts.
• Documented operation of stand‑up lift equipment within the previous 36 months.
• Prior familiarity with high‑reach machinery is a plus.
• Capacity to work in a freezer setting (−10°F) for the duration of your 8–10 hour shift.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to remain mobile, standing, and bending throughout the duration of your shift.
• Strong focus on precision and fundamental mathematical abilities.
• Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Requirement to use composite‑toe safety boots in mid‑top or high‑top styles.
