Purpose of the Job

Perform shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse activities as it pertains to the operations of the Repair Station.

Warehouse Supervisor

• Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system, Pentagon 2000.
• Locate, unpack, and verify materials per applicable standards, ensuring paperwork conformity and condition of the material; remove all contents from packaging and receive material into inventory per transaction requirements.
• Locate, pick, check, stage, assemble, package, label, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare and route domestic and international shipments.
• Perform a detailed visual incoming inspection and verification of customer paperwork upon receipt of the material.
• Check condition of items, compare the count/measure of items to the purchase order and packing list, and note discrepancies.
• Determine method of shipment by examining items to be shipped, destination, route, rate, and time of shipment.
• Scan, digitize, and attach related documents to the inventory control management system.
• Perform material handling duties as directed while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Cycle count and match the physical inventory with inventory data in the system.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to use a forklift.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

• Pentagon Basics.
• Export & ITAR compliance.
• Aerospace Industry Quality Training, FAA 145, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, ESD, suspected unapproved parts, shelf life/LLPs, ADs, ATA Spec 300, PMA parts, direct ship authority, repair stations, and standard terminology.
• Forklift certification (if needed).
• Hazmat training/dangerous goods (for Haz Mat specialists).
• Other trainings as assigned.
• 90-day probation OJT.
