Cross‑Trained Warehouse Specialist

Our company is looking for reliable and goal‑driven individuals to join our team! This position requires flexibility as you'll be cross‑training in various warehouse departments and given more responsibilities based on work performance.

General duties include but are not limited to: wrap products based on specified size, determine the size of the box to use, and the type/amount of packing material to be used.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read rulers

• Pick freight orders by referencing order ticket
• Build skids to fit larger freight shipments
• Load, band, and wrap skids in preparation for shipment

• Weighing/measuring products to determine the best way to ship the product
• Using UPS, Fed Ex Ground, and Fed Ex Express mailing systems—stock products on pallet, wrap completed pallets
• Assist with other warehouse duties such as packing, picking orders, etc. as needed

• Using hand carts, pallet jacks, or physically lifting up to 70 pounds to move stock
• Removing product from boxes and placing on shelves in an orderly manner
• Breaking down boxes and packing materials
• Assisting the Receiving department as needed

• Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, organized environment
• Ability to read
• Ability to receive on‑the‑job forklift training
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Must possess a great attendance record
• Willing to be cross‑trained
• Previous forklift experience, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience, preferred
