Requirements — Only those meeting these requirements will be considered:- Previous stand‑up reach forklift experience is required.
- Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as
-20°F while wearing company‑provided freezer gear and PPE. - Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.
- 1st Shift: $20.50 per hour
- 3rd Shift: $22.50 per hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)
- 1st Shift: $22.00 per hour
- 3rd Shift: $24.00 per hour (includes shift differential)
1st Shift
- Monday‑Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5 openings)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1 opening)
- Monday‑Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (1 opening)
- Monday‑Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (1 opening)
- Tuesday‑Friday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (1 opening)
- Safely operate a stand‑up reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, put away, and stage palletized inventory in elevated rack locations.
- Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and trailers.
- Use RF scanners to accurately record product information, inventory counts, and locations.
- Complete daily forklift inspections and perform basic equipment checks.
- Maintain battery charging stations and equipment cleanliness.
- Follow all company safety policies while working in a temperature‑controlled environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
