Position:Inventory Specialist
ICM Corporation is looking for ambitious candidates to join our warehouse team as an Inventory Specialist.
Job Responsibilities- Perform cycle count selection initiation for specified divisions and distribute cycle count documents
- Conduct follow‑up inventory counts and location verifications on discrepancies
- Set up new item records in the company’s computer system
- Unload inventory
- Accept packages and shipments
- Organize new inventory arriving; ensure inventory is directed to correct location
- Ensure stock labels are visible and readable
- Document the physical count of selected items and update computer system
- Operate forklift and follow all safety procedures
- Report any damaged products to supervisors

- Prior experience in inventory and distribution is a must
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience required
- Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, organized environment
- Ability to read
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Must possess a great attendance record
- Willing to be cross‑trained
- Must be proficient with computer systems – Outlook, Word, Excel, Inventory Tracking Systems (various applications)
