Shift: Shift 2

Shift Details:
Shift starts at 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM;
Holidays:
Rotating;
Weekends:
Every other weekend.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing functions in the Linen Department which includes counting returned linens, restocking, loading, pack preparation, and deliveries according to approved procedures. Pulling full linen carts weighing upwards of 200‑300 lbs. Other duties as assigned.

Experience

1 year of labor or warehouse experience preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Training

One to two months on‑the‑job training to become proficient is provided.

Special Skills

Works well in a team environment. Meets expectations of hospital needs in an active work environment. Ability to adapt to changing daily needs based on hospital needs. Knowledge of Linen Department techniques and computer functions preferred. Ability to follow instructions in the use of: computer, hand‑held palms, and heat transfer machine.
