Inventory Specialist

ICM Corporation is a steadily growing e-commerce, catalog-marketing, distribution and manufacturing company based in Milwaukee, WI, with an affiliate office in Chicago, IL.

Position:
Inventory Specialist – Warehouse Team

• Perform cycle count selection initiation for specified divisions and distribute cycle count documents
• Conduct follow-up inventory counts and location verifications on discrepancies
• Set up new item records in the company’s computer system
• Unload inventory and accept packages and shipments
• Organize new inventory arriving; ensure inventory is directed to the correct location
• Ensure stock labels are visible and readable
• Document the physical count of selected items and update the computer system
• Operate forklift and follow all safety procedures
• Report any damaged products to supervisors

• Prior experience in inventory and distribution is required
• Previous warehouse/forklift experience required
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, organized environment
