Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Data Entry, Clerical
Responsible for scanning, organizing, and maintaining production and quality documentation in electronic and physical formats. Supports multiple departments by ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and archived in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Scan, file, and archive router documents and related records in accordance with company procedures.
- Create, record, organize, and maintain archived documentation and warehouse storage records.
- Update archive tracking spreadsheets and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Create electronic documents using established templates and file-naming conventions.
- Prepare router materials and documentation for internal and external customers.
- Maintain document security and confidentiality for both paper and electronic files.
- Utilize standard office equipment and software to support daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers.
- Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- On-the-job training provided.
