Service Advisor Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department’s sales forecast.

Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.

Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.

Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.

Service Advisor Qualifications1+ years of service writing experience.

Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.

A desire to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
