Senior Medical Office Representative - Anticoagulation Clinic Float

The Senior Medical Office Representative is the point of contact for patients in the Anticoagulation Clinic, Pharmacotherapy Clinic, or other Pharmacy setting. This position provides operational support to maintain patient flow, coordinate care, and triage, gather and manage patient clinical information.
