$19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
- Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
- Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)

Experience Requirements- Previous kitchen and/or cooking experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards
- Cook soups, sauces, and entrees according to standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Follow recipes exactly to ensure product consistency and quality
- Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) on required production paperwork
- Set up workstations with ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed for daily production
- Support kitchen leads by maintaining workflow and communication throughout the kitchen
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and production stations
- Assist with production needs and perform other duties as assigned
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
