The tugger connects and integrates the physical components of the material flow together with the exchange of information via Kanban cards on a timed material delivery route. This position is responsible for ensuring material flow for assembly cells, WIP markets and machining cells across the plant.

Work Type:
This position will be based onsite at our Milwaukie, OR facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.

• Replenishing parts in workstations using tugger cart.
• Identify and deliver material to proper inventory location.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, including CTPAT.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with supervisor(s) and coworker(s).
• Required to adhere to all safety programs and policies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• May be required to operate overhead crane, jib hoist, forklift, and other lifting devices safely and properly. Onsite training and certification required prior to operation.
• Perform job in a safe manner
  • Escalate safety issues to your supervisor and/or EH&S coordinator.
  • Inspect equipment used as required per policy and do not use unsafe equipment.
  • Must adhere to all safety programs, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $22.00 and $26.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous receiving experience preferred.

• Knowledge of proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and hoists. (Training/certification program available where needed.)
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral procedures/instructions.
• Ability to fill out all documents and forward to the appropriate recipient.
• Ability to perform multi-step transactions in a software application (PC) preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
