• Starting wages from $104K - $126K/year
• Student Loan Repayment up to $2500/year

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
• Have at least 2 years of nursing experience
• Have at least one year of supervisory or manager level experience

• Experience working in Home Health

• Oversee the delivery of nursing care to our patient population
• Participate in development of standards to ensure safe clinical care
• Supervise, guide and develop nursing skills and performances
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and evaluating nursing personnel
• Responsible for orientation of new patient care personnel
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures which meet Medicare, state and local laws
• Assist in conducting patient care conferences and staff meetings
• Participate in QAPI activities and meetings
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Services
