Responsibilities
- FTE position: 40 hours per week (either five 8‑hour shifts or four 10‑hour evening shifts).
- Accountable for the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility level for defined department(s), supporting the Health & Services System and regional goals. Focus on optimal, efficient patient care, staff, patient, and physician satisfaction, and collaborative partnerships with other departments and professional groups. Establish and maintain standards and systems for care delivery.
- $8,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment (in addition to the benefits and compensation package starting on day one).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- National certification from ANA or relevant professional organization upon hire.
- 6 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles.
