American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a shared Recovery Room and Short Stay/Pre-Post-Op position requiring at least 1 year of experience and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Details- ared between the Recovery Room (1 shift/week) and Short Stay/MPU pre-op and post-op areas (2 shifts/week) in a short-term acute care teaching hospital
- Day shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Patient ratios of 1:2-3
- On-call required one night per week and one weekend per 4-week schedule
- Weekend shifts required only when on-call
- Floating to other units and sister facilities within the health system may be required based on skill set
