Position: Lead/Foreman Construction Field Tech

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: $25–$30/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

As a Lead/Foreman Construction Field Tech, you'll take the lead on residential projects. You’ll supervise a small crew, manage daily tasks, maintain safety standards, and make sure every job is completed with precision and care. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused. Looking for someone not afraid to get a little dirty, complete jobs in attics or crawl spaces, along with general construction projects as well.

Gates, Fences, Decks, and Interior Finish work.

• Clean driving record
