Eaton’s Fibrebond Division is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant based onsite at our manufacturing campus in Minden, LA. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the Vice President and General Manager and their Team. The successful candidate will provide value-added administrative support utilizing previous experience, strong problem-solving ability, balanced judgment, and communication skills. This role will be responsible for presentation preparation, meeting arranging and scheduling, preparation, and issuance of monthly status reports, booking and coordinating meeting arrangements and administration associated with key programs.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do
  • Supports the preparation of presentations for all meetings including gathering the necessary data to complete the task through multiple avenues in the organization.
  • Leads the coordination of management meetings and completes all preparations for meeting arrangements.
  • Provides coordination and booking of global travel arranging including travel arrangements for visiting guests, customers and clients.
  • Manages internal and external correspondence including scanning and filing as necessary.
  • Maintains effective working relationships with all employees as well as external customers and clients.
  • Provides administrative support including preparation, reconciliation and filing of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) reports, scanning, and filing of correspondence.
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency with the ability to act independently.
  • Shares responsibility of general operations with other Administrative Assistants.
  • Responsible for documenting and communicating self-services processes for administrative tasks completed by a variety of functions.
  • Exhibits professional communication style in person and over the phone when dealing with internal Executives, and members of numerous outside organizations.
  • Serve as the site contact for vendors, deliveries, shipments, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Basic (required)

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Seven (7+) or more years of experience as an administrative or personal assistant.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.

  • No relocation is offered. Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Minden, LA to be considered. Active‑Duty Military are exempt from this geographical limitation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Five years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting executive‑level leaders
  • Previous experience working with operations, engineering, or manufacturing teams
