Warehouse Products Project Managers function as part of the Parts and Service Sales Team and are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse products installation and maintenance projects within a given territory.

• Support Sales by assisting sales personnel with promotion and selling the product line/services, including training for information needed in developing quotes.
• Plan and coordinate projects by determining project needs, timelines, resources and meeting with customer representatives/contractors to ensure appropriate specs, ordering product, and advising the team on installation objectives.
• Manage customers by providing quotes and maintaining communication throughout the project, as well as assisting with resolution of concerns or warranty matters.

• Minimum 3 years of sales and account management and/or customer service experience
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Outstanding customer relations skills
• Accurate and efficient
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

• Strong knowledge of dock and/or door systems, including installation, maintenance and repair processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment while multi‑tasking to meet customer needs
