Eaton's Electrical Sector - ARS Division is currently seeking a Site Human Resources Manager for the recently acquired Fibrebond business in Minden, Louisiana. You will lead the Human Resources function for approximately 1000 employees including contingent, production, sub‑contractor, and salaried employees. The successful candidate will deliver on organizational capabilities that drive growth and advance Eaton's culture by fostering engagement and driving HR Functional Excellence through the extended Human Resources Team to achieve our goals and objectives.
As a strategic business partner, you will work with the local leadership team, division leadership, functional leaders, and HR Team to drive change, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual business goals. You will also provide leadership guidance, mentoring and change management expertise to lead through cycles of improvement, ensuring alignment of key programs and initiatives.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Relocation assistance is available to candidates who currently reside in the US.
What You’ll Do- Drive a strong and committed culture of learning, transparency, ethics, passion, accountability, and efficiency during the Fibrebond/Eaton integration.
- Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees. Deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools (e.g., the employee survey) to identify organizational issues and action plans.
- Own talent acquisition strategy to support aggressive staffing needs in the hourly and salary sectors.
- Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including talent assessment, performance management and employee development.
- Manage and develop employee compensation, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking with Eaton and external marketplace.
- Support workforce planning through headcount, manning levels, and recruitment.
- Introduce & implement HR policies & procedures, including performance management processes, in accordance with Eaton standards.
- Provide leadership guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.
- Promote Safety & Continuous Improvement Culture.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and understand legal implications when making business decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of people leadership experience.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Minden, Louisiana five (5) days a week with flexibility to support overtime and weekend demands.

- Master’s degree in business administration or human resources from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience delivering comprehensive HR support within industrial or manufacturing operations; working directly with plant floor.
- Prior experience with development of HR systems and strategies, leadership/organizational development.
- Previous experience supporting an acquisition or integration.
- PHR or SHRM Certification.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and business acumen with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management, employee development, succession planning and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong employee relations skills, driving change and leadership accountability through coaching and facilitation.
- Strong people leadership and influencing ability to empower, develop and motivate others.
- Demonstrated ability to implement programs and strategies focusing on employee involvement and ownership that result in high engagement.
