Inventory Analyst - Minden, LA

Fibrebond by Eaton is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team. This position is based onsite at our Minden, LA facility. In this role, you will manage inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, analyze variances, and support production through effective material tracking and control. The role ensures proper inventory processes are followed and supports continuous improvement through analysis and reporting.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $69,000 - $101,000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

• Perform cycle counts and review inventory variances.
• Analyze discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory records in EPICOR.
• Review and close jobs, including material usage and cost tracking.
• Monitor and improve inventory processes and accuracy.
• Identify and manage excess inventory.
• Support reporting and prioritize work based on production needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of experience working in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or materials management within a warehouse environment or similar.
• One (1) year of experience working with an ERP system.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.
• Only candidates residing within a 60-mile radius of the Minden, LA facility will be considered; active-duty military service members are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of experience working in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or materials management in a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience using EPICOR ERP system.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing inventory environment.
• Lean/CI Certifications, experience, or training.
