Hicks Manufacturing in Minden, LA is seeking a Production Team Member for 1st shift to assist in building aluminum dump trailers and performing a variety of machining, cutting, installing and assembly tasks. You will work under the Shop Superintendent with a 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday schedule.
The role emphasizes hands-on fabrication, material handling and operating common shop tools such as saws, drills and grinders to assemble trailer components and systems.
