Eaton Corporation’s Fibrebond team in Minden, LA seeks a Welder Technician III to perform advanced welding and fabrication on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including steel and aluminum. The role supports structural assemblies and modular product lines while upholding safety and quality standards.
The position requires HS diploma or GED, MIG welding experience, and ability to read blueprints. Expect 54-hour weeks, with core hours 6:00 am–4:30 pm, and an hourly rate of $24.20.
