Title: Trailer Production Worker
Pay: $17-18/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Minden, LA

We are seeking dependable Trailer Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Minden. This role involves assisting with the assembly, fabrication, and production of trailers. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work well with hand tools, power tools, and in a team environment.

• Assist with the assembly and production of trailers according to specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment safely and effectively
  
  Read and follow basic instructions, blueprints, or work orders
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Load, move, and stage materials as needed throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards
• Assist with general labor and other shop duties as assigned

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• $19/hour with weekly pay (if applicable)
• Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off
