Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for Welding Technician jobs in Minden where precision welding and craftsmanship make a difference? This opportunity lets you fabricate and weld high-quality metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing and production operations.
This opportunity is based on a Welder career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Requirements- 2 years of experience
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills
- Able to read blueprints and use a tape measure
- Steel-toe boots/shoes
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Perform MIG/TIG/structural welding on floors, walls, roofs, and mechanical components
- Complete fabrication and welding tasks according to production requirements
- Operate grinders and hand tools to smooth and finish welds
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Support general shop duties and maintain a clean, safe work environment
