Nurse Manager

Minden Medical Center is looking for a well-organized Nurse Manager for our BHU Department.

The ideal candidates will have the ability to interact in a positive and compassionate manner with patients, co-workers, physician's and supervisors.

• Education:
  
  Registered Nurse for at least 5 years with a minimum of 3 years of clinical psychiatric/mental health nursing care past working experience minimum, with MSN oversight.
• License: RN License through the Louisiana state board of nursing.
• Experience:
  
  3‑years management in mental health nursing.
• Current RN License with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing and CPR required; 5 years of nursing experience required, 3 years of geriatric or psychiatric experience required. 3 Years management in mental health nursing preferred. CPI certification within 6 months of employment required.
