Dialysis Registered Nurse
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting nurse talent to provide individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease.
ScheduleFull‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5:15 a.m.;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

- Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and supplies, ensuring quality standards
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physicians and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist with medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Other tasks as requested
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Ability to problem‑solve
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply
- DCI provides 3‑month comprehensive training (classroom and one‑on‑one skills training)
