To thrive as a PRN House Supervisor
- Registered Nurse (RN) at Minden Medical Center, essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be adept at problem‑solving and decision‑making, as your role involves managing staff and ensuring patient care excellence. A Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is preferred, along with three years of clinical experience that equips you with the practical knowledge needed in a supervisory role.

Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are
  • Bachelors' of Science in Nursing preferred
