Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Testing Technician for the Fibrebond team in Minden, LA. Workweek is 54 hours (6 am–4:30 pm, M–F) with overtime every other Saturday. The role inspects and tests production processes to ensure compliance with drawings, traveler specs, and quality standards.
You will coordinate testing activities, assist with commissioning of HVAC/HMI/PLC systems, and document results to support NCRs and KPIs. Safe work practices and PPE usage are mandatory.
