Experienced Warehouse Tech II

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Experienced Warehouse Tech II to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA. You will work an average of 54 hours per week (including overtime) from 6am to 4:30pm, with additional overtime every other Saturday from 6am to 2:30pm. The hourly range for this position is $17.71–$21.25 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only;

• Read and interpret MF and MFP work orders and related documentation.
• Stock, label, pick, and dispense materials according to bills of material.
• Deliver materials to production, installation areas, shipping, or corporate offices as requested.
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Complete required inventory documentation and report shortages to the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain accurate material flow between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.
• Assist with training of new warehouse personnel.
• Perform basic housekeeping to keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure safe operation of material‑handling equipment while following Eaton’s safety, quality, and inventory control standards.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience and ability to successfully complete in‑house forklift training.
• Unable to relocate; only candidates residing within a 50‑mile radius of the Minden, LA facility (active duty military members are exempt).

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to operate a forklift and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive material‑handling tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Clear vision with or without corrective lenses.
• Ability to work safely in environments with dust, fumes, grease, oil, temperature variations, and moving equipment.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information.
• Ability to use an RF scanner.
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
