The LiRo Group seeks a Senior Bridge Structural Engineer to lead design and analysis of complex bridge projects in the transportation and infrastructure sector. You will perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete bridges, prepare plans, calculations, and specifications, and ensure compliance with AASHTO and relevant codes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring junior engineers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and public agencies, performing load ratings and rehabilitation design, and supporting QA/QC, site visits, and construction-phase services.

Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis of steel and concrete bridge projects from concept through construction
- Prepare plans, calculations, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with AASHTO and applicable codes
- Review, seal, and supervise work of junior engineers and consultants for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and agencies to develop design solutions and resolve issues
- Perform load rating, rehabilitation, and retrofit design for existing bridge structures
- Support preparation of proposals, estimates, and project schedules for bridge and transportation pursuits
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and constructability reviews during design and construction
- Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with safety and design standards
- Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their technical and professional development
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and use of advanced analysis and BIM tools
