Our Litigation Practice Group seeks a Senior Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation team on Long Island.

This role offers the opportunity to handle high-value, complex commercial matters while working directly with clients and partners across multiple industries.

Job Details

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience in federal and state courts, focused on corporate and commercial disputes.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with a proven track record of drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Hands-on experience with taking depositions, oral arguments, and witness preparation.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented practice.
• Admission to the New York State Bar required; federal admission strongly preferred.
