Prepares foods for patient trayline and cafeteria in accordance with production sheets and standardized recipes to ensure foods meet established quality and quantity standards;
Maintains the cooking area in a neat, orderly, and sanitary manner;
Documents on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) temperature log sheets in accordance with departmental policy;
Offers suggestions to enhance systems, processes/work methods, and recipe development for production;
Performs other duties as assigned
