Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

• Oversee daily production workflow, scheduling, and job progress.
• Communicate with clients regarding active jobs, timelines, and project status.
• Estimate print jobs and prepare accurate quotes.
• Order materials and supplies; manage purchasing and inventory.
• Write and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and press operators to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with general operations, project coordination, and problem-solving.
• Maintain a smooth, efficient production environment.

• Printing industry experience required (commercial print preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of estimating and production processes.
• Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
