Assist in the year-round operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC-related mechanical systems for NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island.;
Troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration problems and perform necessary repairs or corrective actions.;
Perform preventive maintenance as assigned on HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems.;
Repair medical gas system equipment and components.;
Perform repairs to pneumatic tube system as necessary.
