Lighthouse CH is seeking a compassionate, faith-driven team member to help kids thrive every day in Mineola, NY. In this on-site role, you will provide Christ-centered emotional and practical support to children and their families through mentoring, basic counseling support, and community-based programs. You will facilitate small groups, help create safe and encouraging environments, and connect families with church and community resources.

Working in a collaborative, mission-focused team, you will live out your faith by offering hope, healing, and tangible care to those facing challenging life circumstances.
