Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Day
- Compiling and checking documents for accuracy
- Transporting documents
- Maintaining files
- Answers inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Assists the public and staff in filling out forms for records request
- Files and maintains supplies, forms and records
- May perform data entry and retrieval
- May deliver, pick up, or receive documents, supplies, mail, equipment, or materials
- Check for quantity and quality
- Make arrangements for repairs and services
- Performs related work as assigned
- Good typing skills required
- Good spelling skills required
- Some experience in medical records
- Bookkeeping skills preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a Texas driver’s license
- Must have a good driving record for the past 3 years
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift at least 25 lbs, reach over head, and sit for an extended period of time.
