Design the Technology Behind Next-Gen Aviation

We're seeking an Electrical Design Technician to support the design and development of advanced electronic systems used in military and aviation applications. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with engineering teams to create and validate high‑quality PCB layouts for mission‑critical systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop PCB layouts for electronic components and systems
  • Manage component libraries and ensure accuracy in layout design
  • Conduct PCB layout reviews with engineering teams
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate circuit requirements into physical designs
  • Perform layout verification and testing to ensure functionality and integrity
  • Create and maintain:
    • Schematics
    • Bill of Materials (BoMs)
    • Gerber files and fabrication documentation
  • Support suppliers by addressing questions related to design documentation
  • Ensure all designs meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing specifications
What You Bring Required
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3+ years of experience in electrical design or PCB layout
  • Experience with Altium and/or PADS
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or production environments
  • U.S. Citizenship (required due to export‑controlled work)
Preferred
  • Experience with ECAD / CAM / EDA tools
  • Exposure to aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability electronics
