Position: Stepdown Nurse (RN) in Mineral Wells, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Stepdown unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed
• Document patient assessments, care interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families to provide education and updates on care plans
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases while delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to coordinate and optimize patient care transitions

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in Stepdown, Intermediate Care, or Progressive Care environments preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
