Position Summary
Safety 360! Seeking a safety‑passionate professional with a can‑do attitude, who can act with urgency and innovation regarding our safety culture and employees. The successful candidate must be a self‑starter with effective communication and leadership skills. Preference for candidates with manufacturing HSE experience.
ResponsibilitiesThis position will lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of division goals and objectives in Environmental, Health and Safety.

- Develop and conduct safety processes and training that provide ongoing safety awareness, emergency response, and safety orientation.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain all required OSHA written management processes to include record‑keeping requirements per local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead or assist in the investigation of all recordable, near‑hit, and first‑aid incidents, ensuring proper root‑cause investigation, documentation, and follow‑up.
- Audit and monitor all work areas for safety hazards and OSHA compliance. Develop and conduct department safety checklists on a weekly‑monthy basis.
- Manage the division’s workers’ compensation and insurance programs.
- Develop and execute risk‑prevention activities to include hazardous‑materials exposure, accidents, fires, ergonomic assessments, or other unsafe conditions.
- Budget, control costs, and manage annual expenditures with finance.
- Oversee facilities and maintenance teams to ensure appropriate service for division maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement.
- Perform other duties related to division/site safety and health initiatives as directed by the corporation or by local, state, or federal regulations.
- 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations; multi‑state experience is helpful.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Ergonomics and Behavior‑Based Safety is a plus.
- Must be able to travel and work outside the office.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Participation in Annual and Long‑Term Incentive Programs.
