• Manage the preparation of recurring and annual financial reporting
• Uphold control frameworks and adherence to established standards
• Oversee payroll activities and coordinate with related teams
• Manage tax matters and long-term financial obligations
• Maintain financial systems and support system alignment
• Lead and develop the accounting team s performance
• Partner cross-functionally to support organizational objectives

• Bachelor s degree in accounting or a related field
• 10+ years of public/industry accounting experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally leading an accounting department
• CPA (preferred)

• Salary Range: $175,000–$195,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual s experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
