Senior Accountant

A publicly traded manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong technical accounting skills, financial reporting experience, and solid month‑end close capabilities. This role supports accurate financial results, works cross‑functionally, and drives process improvements.

• Lead month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support financial reporting
  , including preparation of schedules for 10‑K and 10‑Q filings.
• Ensure GAAP‑compliant accounting records and support internal/external audits.
• Analyze account activity across inventory, cost, and corporate accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with technical accounting research and updates to accounting policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and GAAP.
• Strong month‑end close skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
