Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a growing, mid-sized private company as they add an Accountant to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative accounting group and work closely with the VP of Finance while the business continues to evolve. You’ll gain strong foundational accounting experience with clear opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time. • Prepare routine reconciliations and accounting entries
• Review account activity for accuracy and completeness
• Support document management and approval workflows
• Oversee compliance with internal purchasing programs
• Maintain financial systems and submission processes
• Reconcile financial accounts on a recurring basis
• Assist with customer and vendor account setup
• Generate periodic receivable and payable summaries
• Support audit preparation and information requests
• Follow established internal control practices
• Assist with cash collection activities as needed
• Perform additional tasks supporting finance leadership

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Salary Range: $60,000–$65,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
