Senior Staff Accountant

We are exclusively partnered on this Senior Staff Accountant search, working directly with leadership to find the right long-term fit.

This role offers true ownership over AP, AR, and month-end reconciliations, with a strong emphasis on understanding PO-to-GL flow. It's a strong opportunity to gain direct reports at the Senior Accountant level - stepping into people leadership while leading projects and process improvements. The position is hybrid with high visibility in an operationally focused environment.

• Process general ledger adjustments and maintain supporting documentation
• Reconcile the balance sheet and income statement accounts regularly
• Prepare documentation and support annual compliance review activities
• Review payment processing runs for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare metric reports for accounting and operational analysis
• Support overflow transactional functions across departments as needed
• Assist the team with special projects and assignments
• Oversee transactional processing functions and team workflows
• Provide direction and coordination to achieve operational goals
• Coach team members to deliver results through collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting and AP/AR experience
• Prior people or project leadership experience (preferred)

• Salary Range: $80,000–$85,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
