• Lead core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial statement preparation
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to GAAP and internal policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions
• Contribute to process enhancements that support scalable growth and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA preferred, but not required
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
