Accounting & Tax Manager

Our client is a company in the Greater Minneapolis area looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager
. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of tax experience including S-Corp, detailed-oriented and strong interpersonal skills due to high client-facing role.

The salary range for this position is $100k-120k.

• Collaborate with internal team members to manage monthly accounting (write-ups) and tax filings for a portfolio of small business clients
• Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including:
• Corporate (1120, 1120S)
• Partnerships (1065, LLCs)
• Individual (1040)
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize liabilities and make informed decisions
• Oversee and manage monthly workflow and deadlines for assigned clients
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality service
• Ad hoc project as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• S-Corp (1120S) experience required.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
