Pay Range
$69,800.00 - $
Responsibilities- Assist in risk assessment, audit scoping and audit program development
- Complete assigned SOX and Internal audits and thoroughly document testing and findings within budgeted time frames and budgeted costs
- Analyze root causes of risks and control issues and recommend pragmatic solutions
- Draft audit reports and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross‑functional solutions
- Apply understanding of internal audit standards, policies, and relevant regulations to provide audit and advisory services to the business
- Contribute to the development of audit process improvements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working on publicly traded company audits within the Big 4 or second tier/large/global accounting firms, experience with life sciences or manufacturing industries preferred
- Practical experience performing SOX audits. Experience performing internal audits, FCPA assessments, and IT audit experience is preferred
- Experience working with management to implement SOX controls within new locations
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective project management skills
- Effective influencing and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work in the Minneapolis office at least 3-4 days a week
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- MAcc or MBA a plus
