Job SummaryAs a Client Service Coordinator, you will partner with a team of seasoned professionals to play a vital role in delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for our clients. This position is central to supporting client relationships and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop relationships with clients through professional and effective communications.
- Work with clients to obtain all required documents for the services we provide them.
- Maintain client contact information and internal databases related to client projects and tracking.
- Help prepare client invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients, following up on payments as necessary.
- Ensure client projects are being completed and coordinate timing with internal team as well as the client.
- Provide professional support to the client management team including check-ins on project status, calendaring appointments, data entry, and client onboarding.
- Preparing engagement letters and following up on signature.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Tax, Financial Services, or other Professional Services preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Experience managing time sensitive information and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range: $30 USD - $34 USD
