The Full Charge Bookkeeper will oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking activity, payroll support, month-end close responsibilities, and general office administration. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational efficiency, and partnering closely with leadership and outside accounting resources. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This is a fully onsite position located in Lakeville, MN. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite five days per week.
Salary Range: Pursuant to Minnesota Pay Transparency law, we are required to provide a good-faith estimate of the salary range and available compensation for Direct Hire positions. $70K - $90K/yr. base salary DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes including invoice verification, data entry, payment processing, and maintaining manual contract records
- Process accounts receivable activities including invoice generation, payment application, and monitoring outstanding balances
- Coordinate ACH, wire transfer, and check payment activity while maintaining accurate banking records
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with daily cash management activities
- Support month-end close activities including contract closeout, profitability analysis, and commission calculations
- Maintain and update trader contract databases and accounting system records
- Coordinate payroll processing activities with outside accounting partners
- Initiate direct deposit payroll payments and tax withholding payments through banking platforms
- Assist with year-end accounting preparation and provide support for outside tax accountants
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with general office administrative duties
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and organizational efficiency
- Support leadership with ad hoc accounting and operational projects as needed
- Prior experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager, or similar hands-on accounting role
- Experience working within Quick Books Desktop accounting software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a smaller company environment with broad responsibilities
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
