Accounting Associate

We are seeking an Accounting Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area. As an Accounting Associate, you will handle daily financial activities, including processing accounts payable, check runs, and other financial transactions. Your role will involve working with accounting software, ensuring accurate records, and providing critical financial insights to support decision‑making. Other duties may include office management tasks such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, etc.

• Experience with AP/AR and handling accounting records.
• Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on financial and data analysis for decision‑making.
• Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts and principles.
• Experience with Accounting Software and digital tools used for bookkeeping and reporting.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail or manufacturing environment is a plus.
