Compensation up to $65K

• Gain hands-on experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting
• Work closely with the Controller and gain visibility into day-to-day financial operations
• Be involved in month-end close, quarterly reviews, and audit support

• Manage accounts receivable, including applying payments, resolving discrepancies, invoicing, and supporting collections
• Process accounts payable, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and timely payments via check, ACH, and wire
• Support monthly close activities across AR and AP functions
• Prepare and file sales tax reports and maintain compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits and quarterly reviews
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor and customer inquiries

• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial data accurately
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Base salary: $60,000–$65,000
• Annual bonus (company discretion)
